The First Citizens National Bank (FCNB) is pleased to announce the hiring of Trisha Deamicis as its new VP/Business Development Officer/Branch Manager. With 24 years of experience in the banking industry, Trisha is known for her ability to build strong relationships, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional customer service. In her new role, she will be responsible for working closely in the Carey market to develop and support relationships, having an active presence in the community as well as managing staff at the Carey banking center location.
Trisha joins The First Citizens National Bank from Premier Bank, where she served as Vice President since 2017. There, she led branch teams to enhance the customer and colleague experience, drive business growth, and strengthen the bank’s presence in the community. She has worked in the banking industry in Carey since 2000. A self-starter with a passion for teamwork and mentorship, she is highly effective in fast-paced environments and thrives on turning challenges into opportunities.

Trisha’s approach to banking is rooted in “unreasonable hospitality,” always striving to go above and beyond to create memorable experiences for customers. She embraces a “new day” mentality, adapting quickly and leading with intention and joy.
A longtime resident of Carey, Trisha has been an active member of her community for decades. She currently serves on the Wyandot County Chamber board, is a Wyandot County Ambassador, and has been a dedicated member of the Carey Area Chamber of Commerce since 2005, holding roles as past president and secretary. Additionally, she has been involved with Kiwanis since 2004, receiving the International President’s Award in 2010. Her commitment to service has also extended to organizations such as the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association.
